The Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R CONNECT is a bespoke high performance tyre developed in conjunction with the most prestigious car manufacturers, such as Porsche and Ferrari, to meet the needs of experienced drivers in ultra-high performance cars who are looking for the ultimate performance during track days. All tyres include a pocket on the inside of the tyre to accept pressure/temperature sensors as part of the MICHELIN® Track Connect system (offered separately). • Tread compounds taken from Motorsport Department - The new tyre tread of the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R CONNECT is specially made for dry track conditions.

• The number of tread blocks on the outer shoulder of the tyre has been reduced and central grooves are now closer together - This makes the tread blocks more rigid so that they can withstand the higher grip forces and improve driving precision

• Ultimately the size of the tyre’s contactpatch has increased by nearly 10% - Thiss makes it possible to fully use the power and potential of these ultra-high performance cars
